  Condo was nice except for curtians would not block out morning sun and I couldn't get the room cool enough.
  
  Other issues-
  
  Agent didn't tell us what the code was to get into the propoerty. When we called her she had no clue that there was a code required.
  
  Ocean View--Yeah if you want to sit on the porchand look between two buildings.
  
  Beach access- Sure if you want to walk 3 blocks to get away from the granite boulders.

  I was surprised to find out this was a third floor walk up!!
  & I ended up setting up the wireless internet which was a learning experience! Also there was no checkout process for Sunday but overall it was a great condo and well equiped.

  No keyless dead bold.Front door extremely hard to lock. Takes about 2 to 3 minutes. 3 dvd's don't work.
  ac wont get bove 79. stove won't get above 350 try cooking a pizza. pool has algae. patio very dirty. needs paint

  The staff at realty was somewhat "short and sweet". I called to report a leaking toliet and one staff members said "I cant deal with that". The lady who booked us was great, but that was the only time I talked to her. Other that it was good. This particular room does not have a good beach view. It was a bit much climbing 18 stairs every day with arms loaded (Thank God for my husband haha bless him).

  The beds were very uncomfortable. Don't know that I would stay in that condo again because of the mattresses and third story location. Every thing else was very nice.
