Victory Vacations cares deeply about the safety and well-being of all of our guests, our team members, home owners, third party vendors, and the community.  As the situation regarding COVID-19 unfolds, we will use this dedicated web page to provide updates on our company policies and procedures, information on local updates for guests staying in Galveston, and helpful links where you can find current local, state, and national information on COVID-19.

Vacation rentals and beach houses continue to offer a crowd-free option where guests may exercise social distancing, control their surroundings, enjoy plenty of fresh air and outside activities, as well as benefit from avoiding airline travel.  Our aim is to continue to uphold our commitment to assisting our guests with the same level of customer service that we are known for.  We plan to stay "Open for Business" for our guests and clients, as long as we are able to do so safely for all parties involved.

STEPS TO MAKE GUESTS SAFE AND COMFORTABLE:

During this uncertain time, we plan to do the following things to keep our guests safe and comfortable during their stay with us in Galveston.

  • Our housekeeping staff is dedicated to continueing to thoroughly disinfect our rental properties and taking extra steps to ensure the cleanliness of our homes.
  • Our housekeeping staff has started using a product called Quat128 that is effective in killing Corona Virus immediately.
  • We are limiting the number of staff in our office by allowing some employees to work from home.
  • We are staying up to date on local news and announcements to be able to answer guest questions as quickly and effectively as possible.

 

VACATION CONTINUATION POLICY

Your vacation is safe with Victory Vacations!  Due to the concerns about COVID-19 and travel, Victory Vacations has created a Vacation Continuation Policy.  Information about COVID-19 changes and evolves daily and we will make every effort to remain flexible and responsive to our guests' concerns, and with updating you as needed.  We have implemented our Vacation Continuation Policy to reflect and respond to the dynamic situation that surrounds COVID-19, allowing our guests with reservation stay dates through April 30, 2020 to reschedule their stay.

THE FOLLOWING ELIGIBLE EXISTING RESERVATIONS MAY BE MOVED TO A FUTURE DATE:

  • Any guest with a reservation through April 30, 2020 who is concerned about COVID-19 and would like to change their travel dates to a later time in the year.
  • Reservations with purchased CSA Travel Insurance must first contact the insurance company and start a claim for their travel modifications.  If CSA Travel Insurance does not cover your event, this policy may apply.

HOW TO MODIFY YOUR RESERVATION/BOOKING WITH VICTORY VACATIONS:

  • Guests that need to modify their reservations due to reasons related to COVID-19 will receive future stay credit in the amount of their original reservation total.
  • This credit can be used towards booking the same vacation rental for any available dates to be completed within 12 months.  You do not need to choose your future dates right now.  You can wait to see what will work for you.
  • If the new booking exceeds the cost of the original booking, the guest will be responsible for any additional charges.
  • Reservation modification will be at the sole discretion of Victory Vacations.
  • This policy applies to reservations with dates through April 30, 2020.
