Charming home with views of the gulf! This house is the perfect island home away from home. You can walk to the beach, there are great restaurants nearby and a playground across the street. Not only is this home in a great location, but the house is great for families or small groups. There is a second living area downstairs with two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Two more bedrooms are located upstairs along with a fully renovated kitchen, a large dining table, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and TV. While the home has been completely renovated and updated, the Queen Anne details were preserved. The home has a lot of charm and some beautiful original features. Come make memories by the sea that you will never forget!
The upstairs has 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with a King bed and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed plus a daybed with trundle. The living room has a sleeper sofa, recliners, and flat-screen TV. The dining room has a big beautiful table with seating for 8. The kitchen has been completely updated with subway tile and new appliances. The upstairs ceiling is original to the home and there are a lot of architectural details that will catch your eye. The downstairs also has 2 bedrooms - both with Queen beds. There is also a sleeper sofa downstairs. In addition to that, the downstairs has a cute kitchenette with a sink and mini-fridge. There is also a full-size washer and dryer downstairs.
This house is in an ideal spot for a Galveston vacation. It is only 2 blocks from the Seawall, so a quick walk to put your toes in the sand or go for a swim. It is only 4 blocks from Galveston Historic Pleasure Pier and the great restaurant Fish Tales. It is 4.5 miles from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and 2 miles from Strand Historic District with its great shopping and dining. There is also a great Recreation Center right across the street from the house that offers a playground with a splash pad, tennis courts, a skateboard park, and sometimes live music on Thursday evenings. You will find beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and a cooler in the garage for you to use.
OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: Guests may choose to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service. We utilize 'Click List' a shopping program through Kroger Grocery Store or Walmart Curbside Pickup. You may choose to have groceries delivered and put away before arrival. We maintain a family atmosphere for the peaceful enjoyment of our Galveston neighbors and guests. We require a rental age of 25 years and up.

Great location ! We were able to walk to the beach and Pleasure Pier. The remodel looks amazing ! Lots of space for adults and children.

We are a small church group going to Galveston for some fellowship time. The home was so great and amazing. It was clean and organized. The management group was great. We had an air conditioning problem ...and it was resolved within the day...I had a question about the trash bin...and was answered in the yes ...wonderful all around. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this amazing home and have an amazing time!!!

Balcony is breezy with a view.

Nice house, perfect location. We really enjoyed our weekend in the house. Enough space for 9 adults. The beds are so comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. Did not enjoy the spiral staircase. It is definitely not made for thicker people. Not a huge deal though because you can access the downstairs from outside. All in all it is a nice, comfy house in a great spot.

Stay was great, home is very well setup. The downstairs remodel was well done. Parking was an issue due to proximity to seawall and no parking pass provided by management. Great location!
The house is beautiful and larger than it appears in pictures. The detail of the original house that was left is beautiful, I couldn’t stop staring at it. I loved the decor. We brought two families (both with teens) and we were all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The only thing I needed to buy was a large stock pot for a shrimp boil.At this spot you are within walking distance to the beach, pleasure pier, a rec center, playground, and many restaurants. The playground and basketball court across the street help increase the kid friendliness of the place. However, if you have little little kids be aware of the spiral staircase — that might be difficult to block off.There are a few extras that are really helpful: bedding, pillows, bean bag chairs, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We took use of all of it!We were completely thrilled to find this house. It was exactly what we wanted in the perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!
