Perfectly set up for an unforgettable beach house experience. This home was built in 2018 and features all the creature comforts you could ask for. 3 bedrooms include a Master with a King bed and attached en suite bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with a Full/Twin bunk with a Twin trundle. The Queen sleeper sofa is an added bonus, making plenty of room for 10 adults.

Anchors Away features a downstairs outdoor area perfect for relaxing and forgetting your troubles. Kick back in one of two hammocks or relax on the outdoor sofa, and watch your favorite sports team on the 50-inch 4K TV, while dinner is cooking on the gas grill. You may prefer to go for a swim in the community pool or a short walk to the beach and Gulf. Whatever you choose, this house has what you need. Including a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Terramara Beach subdivision and is perfect for guests who prefer a more laid-back visit to the island.

AMENITIES: Internet/Wi-Fi, driveway parking, washer and dryer inside the home, full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a full meal, community swimming pool access, central air conditioning, flat screen TVs with cable, dishwasher, gas grill, linens and towels provided, contact-less check-in, all surfaces disinfected between guests.

OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: Guests may choose to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service. We utilize Kroger’s 'Click List' or Walmart’s Curbside pickup. You may choose to have groceries delivered and put away before arrival. The cost of the groceries will be a renters responsibility.

Relaxing and well appointed beach home

The home was very clean and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were new and plush. We had everything we needed for a family of 7. The outdoor area was relaxing and the beach was close. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent this home again!

We were very pleased with our stay. The property was better than we expected. There is a grocery store just down the street to pickup all your essentials. It was a very short drive to the beach just across the road. The pool is near by. The bunk bed has a trundle underneath. The two bedrooms are across the hall from the master.

Excellent Rental

We had an excellent time at this rental. We had an issue with not having water when we first checked in but the property manager got right on it and had the problem fixed within a couple of hours. This property is in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside is the distance it is from Galveston. I would definitely rent from this group again.

Property was very nice. Loved the outdoor area with TV and Hammock. Kids had fun playing corn hole and going to the beach. The house was a perfect size to accommodate the 8 people we had stay the night and it was a nice and quiet street. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to use the home for the weekend.

We had an excellent experience at this house. My contact at the house kept us in the loop on the property since Hurricane Laura threatened our stay, but thankfully everything worked out in the end. Very easy check-in/out process. The house was well-kept, the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent, and the patio area downstairs was very nice as well! We would definitely stay here again.

So pleased with this rental! It’s a bit of a drive since it’s further down island, but so worth it as the beach wasn’t too crowded. Beach house was exactly as advertised. Will definitely stay there again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need. We loved the downstairs area for relaxing during the rain or in the evenings while grilling. It was very easy to communicate with the person watching over the house and they responded right away to any questions I ran into. We will definitely be back!!

Negatives- the grill needs to be replaced ASAP.. The home has a ring thermostat and it seemed it was being remotely controlled and turned up at night and while we were out of the house. It is also 17 miles from a big grocery store. Positives - great beach view, nice outdoor living area underneath, has a frig downstairs in garage, had plenty of room for the 6 of us who stayed there. Overall would recommend this place and would stay here again!

This property was very nice, especially the upstairs area of the house. We were in town for a bachelorette party and we were able to sleep 7 of us comfortably with an extra bed left over! We had some rain on our trip and it was peaceful being able to sit on the upper covered patio with a cup of coffee while listening to the rain. If I had any negative feedback with this experience, it would probably be the huge cockroaches we encountered while outside.. A few made their way inside and for 7 women, this was a BIG deal, haha. Especially in the middle of night when you go to the kitchen to grab some water and get greeted by big fat one right on the floor by the refrigerator! But if you don't mind that, then there's no reason not to choose this property. Everything else was great! They supplied us with things we didn't even think of like a corn hole set-up, a coffee maker AND a Kuerig, and even little things such as extra towels and blankets in each room. 10/10 would recommend this house for anyone looking to get away!

Beach house review

Very nice beach house and property. Loved the hammocks and patio area. More items were supplied to us than we had originally thought would be. Great location to the beach! House did have a stale smoke smell to it. Also, wish we would have been told that the neighborhood pool was closed due to Covid. Had a great experience and would consider booking again.

We have an air purifier in the house to hopefully eliminate the smoke smell. We do not allow smoking in the house but obviously somebody didn't listen. We are so sorry that the pool was closed.
