Beach Blessing

Family of 4, 11 and 16 y/o with extra 16 y/o friend. Plenty of room. Two bunks and day bed in one room. Two other rooms with queens. Felt safe. 5 min or less walk to great beach. Minimal extras for cooking (spices, etc) in kitchen but plenty dishes, pans, etc. parking in driveway. 10-15 min from beach with sea wall. Washer/dryer great. Bathrooms good. Would stay again for sure.

We had a blast. House was wonderful - stocked for everything that you could think of. Short walk to the beach that was amazing- morning and evening walks on the beach were amazing. Great property and very well maintained.

This house was clean, decorated very nice, and had plenty of beds. House had enough linens, blankets, and towels. It is walking distance to the beach- which you can drive on to the beach too if you have a lot of stuff. Beach was very nice and not too crowed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Sea Wall (10 min drive) for shopping and restaurants. Host was quick to respond to a couple questions that I had.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and well appointed. We appreciated all of the beach chairs for those who didn't bring them in our party. One thing we would recommend is outdoor, motion-sensing lighting around the driveway, stairs and entry area. We arrived at night and were in complete darkness trying to make our way to front door to find lockbox, etc. Thank you!

Checked in on Thursday at 4pm. Immediately noticed fire ants in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Immediately went to store and bought 2 cans of raid and sprayed the entire place. Left for dinner and returned to clean up the dead ants with Clorox wipes at almost midnight. Went to bed and at 2am it was really warm in the house. Checked the thermostat and it was blank. Spent almost 3 hours checking the unit, breakers etc but to no avail. Missed our fishing charter because we were up all night trying to fix the AC. Friday left for the beach early after sending a message to the management company. No response by noon so the first call was made. Was told they would “try” and get it fixed. Back from the beach at 5 and it was 90 degrees in the house. Called again and was told to go enjoy our night and someone would be out ASAP to fix the issue. 9:15 received a message stating unit was on and cooling. Returned home at 11:30 and again had to spray for ants. Still 84 degrees in the house. Cleaned up the ants and then at midnight the AC went out again. We had to sleep with the front and rear doors open to create a draft. Couple this with broken flooring in the master and living where many toes were stubbed made for a very forgettable weekend. When looking at the pictures just know that the house is much smaller that what it appears.

Owner offered 1 night stay refund but due to the AC issue less than 10 hours were spent in the property out of 40+ hours of the rental. Then they would not credit any of the taxes or fees either even though the total amount was adjusted.

Terrible property, terrible management company and I wouldn’t stay her again if it were free. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PLACE!

Not up to par, trash in yard, trash carts were full so we had nowhere to put our trash, ants were all over the house ad in my bed. They only gave me half of what I requested for a refund

We stayed here in July. It was nice and a good size for the price. We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to the beach. We were also able to drive my grandma to the beach and park there which was nice. There were a lot of ants inside on the daybed, even after we washed the bedding they came back the next night. We let maintenance know, so assuming that is taken care of, I would definitely stay there again.

The home was not ready for occupancy, especially with small children. Deck has missing rails that any 2 yr could have fallen through.

Really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for us & the property management group was very responsive to any & all questions that we had. Thank you!

We rented this house for a 4 day get away with our kids and their friends. It's close to the beach so you can walk easily. Great setup of furniture and bedrooms. The kitchen had WAY more gadgets/stuff available than was indicated. A lot of the items we had brought with us were already provided. It was a great house and we would definitely choose it again.

The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is located in a great location with easy access to a beach. We loved staying here and will look forward to returning.
