East Island Villa

The property was perfect for several families. Very nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, balconies and views. Right on the beach, no streets to cross makes it easy with kids. Lot's of beach toys in the garage. Outdoor hose and shower. Kitchen setup and seating was great for cooking for a large group. We had a great time!

The beach bridge (steps required) is about 100 yards to gorgeous sand. The kitchen is well stocked, and the living areas are generously sized and comfy. There is a master on the main level, and 4 other bedrooms on the 3rd level. The elevator worked beautifully for grandpa and the senior dog. We placed one of the mattresses on the floor for our kids to sleep on- one kid was old enough to take the stairs and one was too young to attempt them, so no issues there. We ended up not using the grill because we didn’t bring charcoal, but we did borrow kites and sand pails from the house and had a great time at the beach. The undertow was strong; body boarding in the surf looked fun.We had an easy check in and check out process. We had intended to use the pool, but we ran out of days! We will try to come back next summer for a 5 or 6 day stay :)

Beautiful, spotless house in an amazing location. Plenty of room for our crew of two families. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and extremely well maintained. The beach location was quiet and clean, and steps away. I loved being able to watch my kids playing on the beach from the balcony. This is our favorite house we've rented in Galveston over the last 6 years. We will definitely be back!!

The house is exactly as pictured. It was beautiful. We had 14 adults and there was plenty of room. The main floor living rooms were great and we used the upstairs game room often. The 4th floor ‘bunk house’ had 4 futons and provided a lot of extra room, on top of the 5 bedrooms and really 4.5 bathrooms. The location is great, private beach access and 10-15 minutes to Fisherman Wharf, Strand, Pleasure pier. Couldn’t be easier access. We found the grill and used the hot tub every night. 2nd and 3rd level balconies were amazing. Sunrise views and then shaded afternoon/evenings with ocean breeze. If needed we could park 4 cars in the two driveways, didn’t realize until the last day that we could have parked in the garages. I would not hesitate to recommend this for a nice private beach getaway and we will come back. I would NOT recommend this as a party spot. It’s in a nice quiet, patrolled community.

We stayed with our adult children and our grandchildren. The house is lovely and had plenty of room for everyone. The location to the beach and access couldn’t have been better. The house is located right by the walkway. Three of the larger bedrooms are in the ocean side so all of the adults had ocean views! The house is well stocked with kitchen items and there are plenty of chairs and toys in the garage for the beach. The only thing is the mosquitos were terrible. That can’t be helped and is if no fault to the property but only suggesting you take repellents!

EIV was so comfortable and had plenty of spaces to just relax alone if you needed it. It was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and smelled nice. There was nothing wrong with the house, it was well kept and everything worked properly. It was so nice to have The Porch Cafe within walking distance so we could have a nice leisurely meal with no mess. The beach in front of the house is pedestrian only so you can walk a long way without worrying about cars. We played a round of golf at Moody Gardens Golf Course which was a very nice course. Magic Carpet Golf is always a hit with the kids. I would highly recommend this house.

East Island Villas is one of the most beautiful houses weve been to. Perfect location, plenty of space, beautiful balconies surround the house, comfortable beds, high quality bed sheets and furniture. The house manager responded to our questions immediately during our stay. Weve vacationed at several beach houses throughout the country and this house is by far one of our most favorite. This is an all-around gorgeous house and relaxing location. Its situated far enough from the public crowd without the feeling of being so remote.

Stayed at East Island Villa the first week in August, also stayed there in 2015. Love this house, so close to the beach the kids can run back and forth while parents can monitor and relax on the deck. House is really well maintained - we have never had a problem with utilities or appliances malfunctioning. Spent an afternoon at Moody Gardens this year and had some really good food at Olympia the Greek restaurant and Mexican at Salsa. Also had lunch at Farley Girls - excellent. Property management is extremely helpful and accommodating. Even mailed some items we left behind.

This house was perfect for the annual retreat of our networking group of professional women. It is a beautiful place with every amenity necessary. The caretaker, Shirley, could not have been more accommodating. It is clear that she takes a great deal of pride in the house and wanted us to enjoy it and have a good time. This is the second time our group has stayed here and everyone agreed, it was a wonderful experience.

We had multiple issues with this rental this year! The jacuzzi wasn't working, the kitchen water dispenser leaked all over the kitchen floor and a 8x4' ceiling board fell right on top of one of my guests! Maintenance was called and all but the ceiling was addressed

Small community pool for growing community.
Upscale community, grounds well maintained, safe, upscale homes, private clean beach. East Island Villa is an upscale property with a wonderful view of the Gulf. It is well located in the community and is beach front. The home is well maintained with a spacious open living area leading to a comfortable porch with ample seating for open air dining or relaxing. The living quarters are not designed for too many non-family adults. Good planning is required to figure out proper sleeping arrangements. Six or seven adults and four to five children would work. The Jack & Jill bathroom and adjoining bedrooms are very small and not exactly suitable for four adults. Do not overpopulate this house!! The third-floor bathroom is very small but well suited for children. The fourth floor is spacious but has no bathroom or shower. Again, children or teens may enjoy sleeping in this area. The rental management company was very prompt in handling any issues. We found Brittany to be a very good problem solver. Mindful of the above comments this is a very good vacation home, and you will love it.

Our extended family of 13, ranging from 1 yr to 69, had a great stay at this beautiful home over Easter. While the home is large and lovely, and clean inside, there were a couple of big drawbacks. There is no usable grill of any kind at this home - we were told by Victory Vacations that there was a gas grill - there is not. A beach house without a grill?? The inside of the hot tub cover had not been cleaned in a long time - it was quite moldy, and very yucky. The outside of the deck windows were also a mess - had not been cleaned in a very long time - it really interfered with the ocean view from inside the house. I immediately notified Victory Vacations that they needed cleaned, and they said they would send someone over ASAP. They never did - I actually bought windex the next morning after checking in - and spent quite some time cleaning them myself, they were so annoying. Also, there are NO baking dishes at this house - no casserole dishes, no 13x9 pans - but probably cocktail glasses for 50. We had planned on cooking for the entire 5 days we were there, so we ended up buying a ton of disposable foil baking pans. What a waste. We would only return if there was a gas grill, and a better stocked kitchen - it was that much of a downer for our big family. Again, big beautiful home, but annoying problems that should not exist at this price point!

A wonderful family gathering home! This was the perfect large home for our 3 generations, age span 76 down to 2, to stay together. We have rented many large homes over holidays but the room configuration of the 2 large great rooms contiguous to each other gave so much flexibility. The little ones could be playing in one, yet be closely supervised, and in the next great room the group of older family members could watch all the football bowl games on the largest TV in the house (there are many tv’s) without the background noise of non-tv watchers yet still near. Teens could retreat to the very top futon filled floor too. For in house (pandemic) meals the 2 dishwashers were great as were the ice makers and extra beverage refrigerators. The outside decks were spacious and well supplied with chairs. All amenities worked too - from the hot tub to appliances and the elevator, which was very helpful to place groceries and luggage and avoid carrying heavy things up the stairs. The house was immaculate and we marveled at how a beach house could be so clean. We tried to avoid tracking sand in and the outside shower and hoses were helpful. The large grill and beach items left in the garage were very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will return!

This is our 5th year to stay at the East Island Villa! Every year is better than the last! Our entire family (and sometimes a pet or two) LOVE to have our Christmas together here. After almost 10 years there is a bit of wear and tear showing on the place but we still enjoy everything about it. This year the microwave stopped working so we got creative. Never a dull moment!! Looking forward to the next time!!! Enjoyed Guidos, bike rides on the seawall, Festival of Lights at Moody Gardens and Mass at St Patricks. LOVED IT.

This is our second year staying in East Island Villa! All I can say is WOW! Large rooms and plenty of space for 5 couples and a few extras in the loft area! No complaints about anything from our guests. And management was very fast in response to a question about the fireplace. I was so sad to leave! I could have spent many more days enjoying the view and sounds of the Gulf!And the elevator was a big plus for me, I walk with a cane and stairs are an issue for me. I hope this is still available next year!!

This large, very clean, beyond gorgeous home is in a wonderful location! Right on the beach and close to all the attractions that Galveston has to offer. And it was all perfect...the furnishings, amenities, view, etc., right down to lots of beach toys for the kids! I have been staying in vacation rentals for 40 years and this is truly one of the very best! With this amazing home as our base, we made many warm, wonderful memories! We'll definitely be back.

Great house with lots of space for a large family. It was convenient to everywhereon the island. The private beach was perfect. It had everything you needed for an easy vacation. We look forward to staying here again.

The house had plenty of room to accommodate 10 people ranging in ages 6-82 years. We really enjoyed the living areas on different levels and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The house was big, clean, and in a safe location. We only had one issue. The elevator didn't always work properly. It worked perfectly between levels two and three. However, when we went down to level one we always had issues trying to get it to go back up. At times the elder people in our group just had to walk up from level one, which was not good due to mobility issues. One more thing (which is not the fault of the house), the mosquitoes were horrible so bring extra mosquito spray. We even had to spray ourselves to walk back and fourth over the bridge to the beach.

The house was perfect. It is in a great location close to everything you want to do but in a quiet area. The house was very clean and had great beds. It was very easy working with the management group. We had six people staying in the house there was room for a lot more. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a great vacation!

Wow!! What a great trip! The house was wonderful and very well appointed and the views were absolutely amazing! Victory Vacations provided hassle free check-in and check-out and quickly responded to any questions. Dealing with Victory Vacations was a real pleasure! Absolutely recommend this house and Victory Vacations. (A word of note: The mosquitos are quite vicious so bring repellant. We used an area spray that worked well.)

Our family had a great week! Home is in a perfect location with private, easy access to beach walkover, and great views from the living, kitchen areas and 3 of the bedrooms. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were plenty of bath towels. The game table was a huge hit with our kids. Bring your own beach towels, and if you are working while relaxing be sure to test the Wi-Fi. We had some problems connecting to work calls and had to find the right spot in the house to be able to connect.

This was our second stay at this perfect secluded vacation location in Beachtown. Our large family had plenty of bedrooms/baths with a lovely kitchen and great room to spread out. The giant two story deck provided a beautiful beachview at breakfast. Just a one minute walk over the dunes to enjoy the waves.

This is the most wonderful home and so great to find a place this lovely to stay on the beach in Galveston. My family (all 12 of us) were in town for my Mother's birthday and we all stayed in this home with plenty of room to spare. Each family had their own room and bathroom and the common areas were spacious and a wonderful place to gather. The walk to the beach was easy - and the views off the patios were spectacular !!! All area were clean and well maintained and we were close to so may places to eat and attractions. I would highly recommend this property and the management staff hope to stay again next year !!

East Island Villa was excellent. We and our guest had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location was perfect. The home was simply beautiful. Everyone had positive things to say about the home. Everyone was comfortable. The elevate made the home more accessible to some of the elderly members of our family. We could all fit on the balcony to view the fireworks display for the forth of July. The elevate malfunctioned and one of the TVs in a bedroom stopped working. I called and these problems were handled quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction. Shirley the housekeeper was nothing short of phenomenal. She went the extra mile to meet our needs. I highly recommend reality executives advantage and east island villa.

Beautiful house perfectly situated in the best part of Galveston - Beach Town. Exclusive beaches just over a short ramp to the beach. Fantastic!

Clean and beautifully furnished. The hot tub was a hit. An incredible view of the ocean and of ships approaching the channel.

We are from Houston and brought the family of 6 adults and 4 under 3 grandkids. The house was perfect for all of us to find a comfortable place to sleep, etc.

This rental was a week long vacation planned for our our 4 adult children, spouses and four grandchildren. The bedrooms and baths were fabulous and the bedding was lovely. The kitchen was perfect for preparing large meals with a huge has stove. Our favorite times together was breakfast on the deck enjoying the beauty of the ocean just steps away. Such a lovely, convenient place to rent for large groups. We plan to come again next year!

Lots of rooms and sleeping areas for a large family. The decor is more contemporary than I expected for a beach house but it was very comfortable. The many, very large porches overlooking the beach were by far the most amazing part. Great house. I would like to return some day for another stay we had such a good time.

Plenty of room. Lots of fun was had by all. The Christmas tree that was placed in the home prior to our arrival was a wonderful touch. We LOVED the place.

FYI:I am sure that you already know this but we just want to say that Shirley was very helpful and a pleasure to have her to show us everything to get us going even though our family has already rented this house before.She is great!!!

We rented East Island Villa for a multi-family vacation and had a wonderful time. The house was incredible with plenty of room for everyone to gather and socialize, as well as have their privacy when needed. Having the upstairs area for the kids to hang out at night while the adults visited on the main floor was great. The people at Realty Executive could not have been better or more accommodating as well.

HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. SHIRLEY COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER AND MORE HELPFUL! WE WILL BE BACK!
