The Good Life provides for all of your beach needs. Enjoy building sand castles with the little ones using an assortment of beach toys, lounge out and take in the breeze in our beach chairs or go boogie boarding. All you have to do is load up the beach wagon and walk 3 minutes to the sand! There are also plenty of locally friendly businesses ready to satisfy all your hobbies like Golf, Fishing, Boating and so much more! The best part is when you come back home all you have to do is wash off in our outdoor shower, throw your clothes in the provided washer & dryer and start the next part of your stay.
Relax on a wraparound deck with clear unobstructed ocean views, take a load off in the master suite deck for some added privacy or rock on some swings listening to the ocean breeze. Next, hang out in the living room listening to music on the wireless stereo, watch YouTube TV on a 55-inch Samsung 4K and enjoy your favorite streaming on Netflix, Prime, etc…Just bring your login!
Ready to eat? Enjoy local restaurants ranging from Seafood to Italian to Vietnamese and everything in between. Enjoy cooking? Use our gourmet kitchen and supplies. Cook on the Samsung 5 burner electric stove/oven or on the propane grill. Prep using J.A.Henckels chef knives and we will provide some cooking oil, basic spices, and all essential utensils to make your cooking nice and easy.
The Good Life can comfortably host up to 10 people and is the perfect getaway for family and friends. We also have a wonderful property management company available if you need anything or have questions.

There's a full kitchen here to accommodate all your mealtime needs, as well as free WIFI, a stereo, and flat-screen cable TV.
The ground-floor patio is a covered area with lots of space to hang out and enjoy the shade. Rock yourself into relaxation on the two large wooden swings - an excellent place to cool off and enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs, catch a great view of the ocean from the windows surrounding the dining and family rooms.
OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: Guests may choose to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service. We utilize 'Click List' a shopping program through Kroger Grocery Store or Walmart Curbside Pickup. You may choose to have groceries delivered and put away before arrival. The cost of the groceries will be a renters responsibility. We maintain a family atmosphere for the peaceful enjoyment of our Galveston neighbors and guests. We require a rental age of 25 years and up.

This is a beautiful well-maintained home that is fully remodeled and has all the amenities. VERY CLEAN! It was perfect for our family with just minutes to walk to the beach and an amazing views from the house. A very clean and safe neighborhood. We will be back!

Thank you for a fun, beautiful and relaxing six days. The newly remodeled house had every amenity we needed, from kitchen supplies to towels. It was immaculate, which is the most important thing for me. The beds were so comfortable . The view of the Gulf through the large windows was gorgeous. The spacious wraparound porch made for beautiful lounging, sunning, and outdoor dining. The quick and easy walk to the beach was perfect - especially with little ones who needed regular runs back to the house for a potty break or a little rest. Close enough to easily cart down our chairs and toys while wrangling the kids. And the outdoor shower made it easy to keep our space clean and (almost) sand free the whole week. The space was large enough to accommodate both my family and my brother’s easily, with a mix of little ones, young adults and parents. The Strand district and all stores were in easy driving distance. We will be return renters when we head back to Galveston.

This house is absolutely beautiful, more comfortable than my own home, and the perfect location - only a couple minutes walk to the beach but not on the beach directly, so you don't have to feel like you're in the middle of all the commotion. After a year of COVID, this was the perfect getaway - we felt completely renewed and really didn't want to leave. Great amenities in the house, and lots of space, for living and sleeping! The area has a great selection of local as well as chain restaurants, depending on your preference. Highly recommend, definitely every bit of a 5-star experience and wish I could give it another star. WILL BE BACK!! Thank you for lending us your fabulous home; grateful for a long weekend of The Good Life!!

Very large comfortable home. We loved the location. One block from the beach and a 15 minute drive to Downtown Galveston. The home was in perfect condition and very clean. We got to meet several of the neighbors and they are wonderful people. We felt very safe and relaxed. We will definitely be going back.

Very nice home and well taken care of, well appointed with needed items. What would be great is a king bed in the master upstairs, a chair to sit on in the master and some luggage racks since no place to put any suitcases except on closet floor. Great views, wonderful home.

Great to work with from the start. The House is very nice and has a great floorplan. Lots of seating and great table to eat outside. Beach is within walking distance. Outside shower was perfect to rinse off after the beach. We have stayed at several homes in Pirates beach and this has been our favorite by far. The only issue we had was we could not get the TVs to work. Not a big deal though since we were rarely trying to watch it. Thanks for a great stay.

Relaxing home with every amenity needed and then some for a perfect beach get away! Just steps from the beach! The views from the deck are spectator in this newly renovated home. I loved all of the attention to detail. For those with teens, rest assured the wifi is super fast and we had no issues! Everyone slept comfortably and there was plenty of space to spread out. Highly recommend! I have stayed here twice already, looking forward to returning again! Won't stay anywhere else on Galveston!
