This is a great home for a big family vacation. The house is literally sitting on the sand, walk out the door and you are on the beach. There is a great deck with shade to relax and listen to the waves. The house has a wonderful mix of modern and beachy, with great comfortable furniture, completely updated modern kitchen, and all of the amenities you could want in your beach vacation home.

INSIDE THE HOUSE: There are 4 bedrooms and bonus small loft room. There are 2 Master suites - one on the main floor and another one upstairs. There are 2 bunk rooms outfitted with big Full over Full bunk beds. The little loft room has a twin bed and is cute and cozy. The bathrooms are sleek and modern with updated finishes and subway tile.

OUTSIDE THE HOUSE: There is a beautiful deck with a great view of the beach and water. Underneath the house is a great area for grilling and hanging out. There is plenty of parking. The house has a nice propane grill and also a smoker. There is a lot of deck furniture and nice grassy yard area for the kids to play. The house has an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before you go inside.

WHAT'S NEARBY: Take a short walk (just steps) to the beach to spend your mornings sunbathing and swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Drive 17 miles to where the whole family can have a fantastic time exploring Moody Gardens or racing down the water slides at the Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark. You'll also be just 8 miles from Galveston Island State Park and 19 miles from the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. Take advantage of the boat launch nearby, and don't forget that this is the ideal area for windsurfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, swimming, and so much more! If you’re looking to go out to eat, Galveston has many delicious restaurants to choose from. Jimmy’s on the Pier, Gypsy Joynt, or The Spot, are both great casual restaurants with a unique Galveston flair. If you are looking for something more formal or fresh gulf seafood, we suggest the world famous Gaidos opened in 1911.

OPTIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE- Guests may choose to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service. We utilize 'Click List' a shopping program through Kroger Grocery Store or Walmart's Curbside Pickup. You may choose to have groceries delivered and put away before arrival. The cost of the groceries will be a renters responsibility. We maintain a family atmosphere for the peaceful enjoyment of our Galveston neighbors and guests. We require a rental age of 25 years and up.
