Welcome to Kingston Queen, a spacious and modern vacation home located on the canal in Galveston. Enjoy a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life as you soak in the breathtaking sunsets and spend time with loved ones at your own private tiki bar.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to comfortably relax and make memories. The master suite features a King size bed and a crib for your little ones, and the second bedroom offers 2 twin beds and another crib. The living room is equipped with a hidden fold-out twin-size Murphy bed and a couch that converts to a twin-size bed. The third bedroom, located downstairs, boasts a Queen size bed and its own designated bathroom.

The living room is inviting and features a high-end sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV, while the kitchen is a dream come true for any modern cook, with new stainless appliances, a large island, and plenty of storage and counter space. The dining table has seating for 4, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.

For those looking to enjoy the great outdoors, this property offers a boat lift, kayaks, and a large deck with plenty of seating to soak in the beautiful sunrise or sunset.

Please note that Kingston Queen is a pet-free home and requires a rental age of 25 years and up. Our optional concierge service allows guests to take advantage of our grocery shopping concierge service through Kroger's 'Click List' or Walmart's Curbside Pickup, with groceries delivered and put away before arrival at the renter's expense.

Amazing House and Wonderful Location

Kayaks and paddle boards were a hit. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Loved the deck… it was a great space to play dominos and enjoy the evenings. Will stay again.

We stay for five nights and had a great time. The place is perfectly set on the canal. We prefer Jamaica Beach to Galveston so it was super easy to get to the beach. Recommend.

We stayed for two nights, brought our boat, and had a blast enjoying the gorgeous home and view. It was amazing being right on the water.

The house was good. Dock area was good. Boat dock/storage was good. My one HUGE complaint is this property did not provide a permit to use the Jamaica Beach boat ramp, and did not mention that. So I got a citation from the local police. My main reason for staying down there was for bay fishing with my boat. I do not appreciate the property owners and/or Victory Vacations not providing a boat ramp permit, and worse, not even letting me know that I needed it. I don’t know why they make their boat dock/lift available to renters without some way to get the boat in and out of the water. I will not be renting this property again and I will not rent any properties from Victory Vacations. Nor will I recommend them to any friends or family.

The kitchen is nice and well equipped, we loved the living room. The Master bedroom is nice, the 2nd upstairs bedroom has a crib and 2 twin bunk beds. The ottoman and couch can be converted into another bed. There's a downstairs bedroom that's private and has its own bathroom which our teenage son enjoyed.

If you like to fish, other than from a boat, renter beware.

The main reason I chose this house was that it is on the canal. However, there are major electrical issues on their downstairs dock. None of the lights worked other than in the bar. The green fish lights look like the box has melted wires/and is in major disrepair. The many stringed lights do not work and prevent the upstairs porch string lights from working as well. So basically, we had to sit in the dark if we wanted to fish or just enjoy being downstairs at night.

We throughly enjoyed being close to the water. The house is gorgeous on the inside. The beds are comfy. It was great having the extra room downstairs The house lacks a few essentials but it was easy to make do.
