The condo smelled the mold even after spraying Lysol I couldn’t get rid of the smell. Everything was sticky and the bathroom water was whole family left there with a upper respiratory infection

Wish they maintained the hardscapes as much as landscapes. All the cement areas smelled and are in need of powerwashing. Parking is a nightmare. The patio of the condo we stayed was very dirty as were the walk ways to the condo. The elevator close to our condo was broken which made it even worse. Also the HVAC system in our condo has mold. The shower did not work correctly and tub would fill with water with trying to take a shower. We just could not wait to leave.

The room was dirty, floors grimy and sticky, all the vents had black mold on them, thankfully brought my own cleaning supplies to wipe down surfaces to which the towel came up brown and gross. Several “clean towels” had sticky or left over food on them just folded to look no clean. Shower faucet cracked and sprayed water everywhere. Honestly wasn’t too bad, kind of irritated I had to pay a $30 fee after paying everything already. Other than that I really mainly used the place to sleep.

I went there with food thinking I would be able to cook my dinner on the stove. The glass stove turned on but wouldn't do anything else. Called for assistance. The person said someone would com be by in the morning. Finally on the afternoon victory vacations sent a text stating there is a child on the stove. I wasn't able to cook any food on there until then.
There was black mold in the bathroom and dried blood stains on the bedsheets. There was no coffee. To pay so much and to get this was incredible. Won't stay at this condo again.

The property was very outdated. There was mold in the bathroom and the tile grout was filthy. After staying there we determined the price we paid was more for the location than the property.

Not the easiest parking lot to get in & out of. Nice location. Perfect for my girls & myself.

Condo was conveniently located in a nice well maintained property. Simple ground rules were easy to follow. Other than a small bedroom and a leaky fridge, all was well and I would recommend.

We would not rent this property again. The deal breakers were the failing elevator, Mini refrigerator, and busted electrical outlets and Cook top.
Better than expected: Location near Walmart and restaurants. Balcony and view were great, Condo was clean and stocked OK.

Below Expectations: Check-in: OK until we got to 7205. Lock box stuck holding key, - Hard Hits with palm of hand worked. Nearest elevator failed 3 times in 7 days. The maintenance folks “reset it”, but it quickly failed again. Refrigerator is a joke. Dorm room size with no usable space in freezer area. Cook Top Broken. Had to use a hot plate. Some electrical sockets not working - Breaker box sealed, couldn’t check breakers. Several Light bulbs burned out. Limited Handicap parking, could not get a parking place close to elevator most days. Safety issue: We are old folks with stability issues and no markings on some uneven walking areas causing stumbles. Safety issue: No safety handles on tub/shower.

Condo was fine. Decent for price, we were there for a dance competition so didnt spend much time on the property itself. No major complaints, however the condo could use a deep clean and renovation.

Stayed two nights over the weekend. We picked this location because of the number of people who could stay and it’s proximity to the beach. The free parking was nice too.

The units location was great. The unit needed some major repairs and was not very clean.. it needs some improvement. Overall the complex was great and I will stay there again, but a different unit

I read the reviews before I booked this room. They were being generous I guess because the staff is friendly. But the person who owns this suite should be ashamed to even rent it out. I paid an additional $55 for cleanup I believe which I was ok with especially with COVID going on, that also means the person before did as well, but the room was not clean up on my arrival. Trash on the balcony dishes were dirty, and the room smelled awful. In spite of that I was still excited because the view was beautiful. We examined the room a little further before going to sleep. There was a stove, dishes, pots and pans, and a coffee pot. So we went the Walmart and bought a few groceries to cook breakfast. When we got back I discovered the stove didn’t work at all. That was not in the listing. Then I found this hot plate under the cabinet. So I plugged it in to use it and it wasn’t working. It wasn’t because it was broken, it was because all the plugs along that side of the wall wasn’t working. I texted her voiced some of my concerns and I got no response until I started to complain about the WiFi not working. Which by the way I had to pay $25 for WiFi, pool access, and parking when I arrived. This room is beyond out dated. The tv is so small it looked like a computer screen, the couch, the bench and chairs look like something from the 50’s. The floor is busted up, sliding glass door was broken, and even the iron was ****** and outdated. I spent $620 for two nights and it was non refundable. This makes me wanna go see a place before renting it. All she said was the people before broke the stove(I don’t believe that) and that she should’ve told me before I arrived.

Great view, pillows and bed wonderful. Had some issues with the place. Got there on a Saturday and had to wait till Monday to get them taken care of. Granted the manager took care of the problem, by giving a credit, our time there was not as best as it could have been had there. I would recommend the property, but not the condo it self.

On the plus side the location was good with easy beach access and a nice pool. Parking was easy. The property management company was easy to work with.

The property was dated with minimal updates. The sliding glass door appeared to be past its usable life and was coming apart. The freezer smelled and something had been spilled in it. Other than that the unit was for the most part clean. The mattresses were low quality and had plastic coverings which made them uncomfortable to sleep on.
